SUPER SIZE ME

''' super size me '''

i thought the movie was very interesting to see a health person gain ,so much weight just eating McDonald's. i couldn't eat McDonald for a month i would go insane. That crap might taste good the first couple of times ,but after a three days the food doesn't taste the same. i was really surprise with the doctor's said McDonald wouldn't effect you that much. the doctors really believe ,he was going to have minor health problem nothing to serious. that's shocking how his liver could have fail over a month worth of McDonald. i guess some people aren't make biologically to eat certain foods constantly. i know certain people who have the worst diet and live until 100 years old. The other people i know can't eat fast food all the time because they get sick quickly. i guessing it has to do with genes and your eating habits. IF you were eating fast food ,since you were kid i guess you builded a good Resistance to the food. its just like a cold if you got the cold a lot when you was a kid your chance are pretty huge that you can defeat that cold like nothing when your adult. you get immune to the food that you eat all your life because your body gets used to it. If a person who eats salad n vegetable all their life starts eating fast food , the consequence are obvious. ''too much of anything isn't good for you.'' people have to be responsible for their own being sometime people are simply being lazy and not taking care of them self. the people who do have a weight problem should just eat healthier don't depend on no government to tell you if this crap is health. the government only care about money and power not your family ,friends, and definitely not you. the government rare make a million dollars than see a healthier citizen. they want you to stuff your face with greasing unprocessed meat down your throat,so when get sick you have to go to the emergency room to get operator on. you spend thousands of dollar dogging down hamburgers ,now you need spend even more money on your health. where you think this money is going? not into your pocket.
