Our selection of food that being disturbed in our elementary, high school ,and college isn’t the most nutrients for our students. The school system is encoring bad eating habit that will have a affect for the lifetime. We as parents want to provide the best and healthy choices for our kids. ’’If you start good habit when you are young ,it will stick with you for eternally’’.
Why is there limitations to the food who chose in the lunch room. I remember walking down that lunch line and seeing nothing ,but greaser fried food. There wasn’t much to pick from except for cheeseburgers, chicken burgers, French fries, fried chicken, and more oily food. That should raise some eye browns, but matter of fact it doesn’t even grow concern to anyone. Why is there vending machines full of sodas, candies, and chocolates. Its like Fort Knox for these kids who are eating all this bad junk food. Schools have to provide more nutrients food ,so I kids can grow leaner and healthier.
The schools should being feeding our kid salads, baked chicken, wheat bread and fruits. If our kids our trained from four year old to eat good food through out their youth. They will pick good eating habit that will last them a lifetime. When kids start going to school when they are young all they see is junk food. The children are going to think eating excess amount of junk food is good for you. The school system is sending the wrong message to kids. We have to send the right message about eating healthier because its causing a epidemic with obesity. There extends studies that show kids who eat right are more likely to be healthier.
Our children shouldn’t suffer lack of education of narrow minded thinking. There are too many books and studies that prove putting anything in your mouth leads to heart attacks, diabetes, and strokes. The modern science shouldn’t be reject or put to the side because people are actually dying from putting food in there mouth. School should be educator on subject of nutrient. Kids should take nutrients class as early as the sixth grade continuing to high school. In order to improve our community school must education to spread the wealth. Education is the most important wealth because without it there no moving forward. Why until college you can take a nutrient class ? Why not earlier to improve the life’s of million.
I believe ‘’you are what you eat’’ literally! We need to demonstrate good eating value to our children, family, and friends. Teaching each other good methods at a young age is the key to success. Practice make perfect in order to achieve the goals in life’s. we live only one life and that’s all you get. Your health is literally everything ,if you get sick you can’t enjoy it the way you want to. Health should be everyone main priority because it really easy to prevent most the issues by just knowing what goes into your stomach.

Food Inc is one of those movies where your jaw literally drop to ground.It definitely gave me new perspective about food industry and how our food is handled.Our food is containment by harmful bacteria that could lead to death and it is genetically enhance.We as consumer are pretty much doom even ,before we enter the supermarket because of the farming techniques the united state used.These technique consider animal cruelty,exploiting immigrants, and health hazards.Animals are put in a small section together where they eat,sleep, and disposal of their waste.This waste that containment our meat cause diseases like ecol.People died every year from these diseases that can be prevent by using proper techniques of farming.Why isn't anything being done about these issue that are affecting our health.The curtain has to be unveil on the way food is process.These companies are making billions by creating short cut to increase profits.Companies are giving us short end of the stick and embracing modern day slavery.Illegal Mexicans are being exploiting to low wages,unsafe working environment,and long hours.Remember this word ''capitalism'' taking advantage of the less fortune to gain massive profitability.McDonald's and Tyson chickens are among one the biggest buyer of this industrial.There enhancing the methods of growing chickens.Chicken take about three months to raised ,since a faster way of growing them its forty-nine days.What are they putting in those chickens?Let me guess lots hormones that transform these chicken into super chicken.
Our government is allowing these methods because they are the one's who own farms.Go figure are own government running the show.I thought the government is suppose to protect the people from harm.There only interest is that green paper that has Benjamin Franklin on it.
